Hello and Welcome!
Every person is on a unique journey to be the best version of themselves and to understand what that means for them. I enjoy helping individuals navigate this adventure and develop a better understanding of themselves. I have over 8 years of experience in working with individuals within the field of mental health and substance use. My experiences have included work within IOP substance use treatment, correctional settings, and private practice. I welcome diversity and self expression within my counseling space. My ideal client would be open to the possibility of change and ready to take ownership of their joy and fulfillment in life.
I specialize in gender, sexuality, and substance use treatment and am currently pursuing additional education within the realm of sex therapy and human sexuality. I enjoy working with both individuals and couples in their pursuit to building the most meaningful and fulfilling lives for them. I have received training in Gottman Couples Therapy levels 1 and 2.
Every person is entitled to a feeling of acceptance and every person deserves to feel comfortable and confident in their skin. It is my belief that becoming comfortable with yourself is an essential process in order to interact comfortably and confidently within the world and I want to help you get there.
